Queen Asina Cyqualo is the current Queen of Venterrus. She is the wife of Cakrav and the mother of Tenchi and Tenko. She is also a Cyqualo University graduate.
Personality[]
Asina is a very kind, calm and collected person. She is very studious as she tries to read up on just about any subject she is not knowledgeable about so that she may better understand the world around her and, as a result, Asina is capable of speaking many different languages. She is also a noticeably fast learner and believes that she needs to be one so as to not cause frustration to her instructors. Since knowledge is so important to Asina, she does not care who she is learning material from; be them a homeless man or one of her court ladies.
Asina also does not seem too fond of noble statuses, and wishes that everyone could be each other's equal. Obviously, this conflicts with her being Venterrus' queen, but Asina tries to toss aside formalities if it helps people converse with her more easily. Her dislike of noble statuses can often make her butt heads with her husband, but Asina cannot bring herself to holding a grudge over Cakrav as she keeps falling for his charms. Although, in their youth, the two would argue for hours on end over noble statuses, with Asina trying to make Cakrav look foolish by remaining calm and collected as he would get riled up. She was also much more stubborn and critical in her youth, so Cakrav became the perfect target for her when they met.
Naturally, Asina is a very loving woman when it comes to her family. Despite being the quiet one when compared to her husband and children, Asina showers them with as much love as she can while keeping her composure. She becomes much more open and energetic around them and genuinely enjoys their company, even when she is not having the best of days. Asina also has a tendency of getting homesick and even though she tries to hide it as best she can, Cakrav always manages to find out. The contest between Tenchi and Tenko was mainly Asina's idea as she enjoyed seeing her kids so determined to grasp their futures; even claiming that they reminded her a lot of how she was when she was in her youth.
