Cloud is a student who attends the Cloud Tower School for Witches and is the daughter of Stormy. Though she shares a surprisingly close relationship with her mother, Cloud wishes to live her life how she wants to and fled to Cloud Tower with her cousins in order to do so.

Inheriting her magical from her mother, Cloud possesses the magical ability to create storms and control the weather. Drawing her power from powerful storms and natural disasters, Cloud can create gale-force winds and control electricity through lightning strikes in her thunderstorms. She can also use her lightning to control electronic devices by striking them and making them go haywire. Additionally, Cloud can create small tornadoes or shoot out gusts of wind to either accelerate herself during flight, slow herself down or cushion herself from a fall. At her very best (or very worst), Cloud can create hurricanes powerful enough to be considered as Category 2s. Depending on how powerful the storm is, Cloud may also cause mild earthquakes and even tidal waves.

- A cloud is a visible mass of collected water droplets suspended in the air. The behavior of the droplets and air particles within the cloud can cause different types of weather to occur, like rain or thunderstorms.
- Cloud is also the only one out of the Trix's children that isn't named after a Roman deity.
