Delphinium is the Pixie of Nature and the bonded pixie of Lyra.
Overview[]
Delphinium bonded with Lyra when they first met on Earth. Delphinium was struggling to escape captors who wanted her power, and Lyra successfully protected her. Delphinium has since showed an unmatched kindness to her bonded fairy, and spends as much time with her as possible.
In PopPixie, Delphinium enjoyed a quiet lifestyle for a long time before coming to Pixieville. She was portrayed as a shy, quiet type who had not much faith in her abilities.
Personality and Traits[]
Delphinium is kind, selfless, sweet, shy, and not one to voice her opinions. On occasion, she speaks up, but these moments are incredibly rare. Despite this, she is a loving and compassionate person who will gladly show her friendly side to anyone who needs a friend.
However, note the friendly side part of that sentence. Delphinium can be firm, stubborn, and serious when needed, sometimes to a fault. She's prone to losing her temper and can get frustrated when plans go wrong. Occasionally, her buttons will be pushed too hard, activating her rage, where she catches fire, she turns red, and her eyes glow white.
Appearance[]
Delphinium has daffodil-colored hair that hands down to her knees and emerald-green eyes. Her skin is fair and her lips are a natural pink. She wears a blueberry-colored sweater, a black skirt, and black heels. Her wings are standard pixie wings.
Pop Pixie[]
Incorporating a more practical look, Delphinium's civilian appearance in PopPixie is wildly different from her original look. She still wears a sweater, only this time it's a lemon-yellow color. She also sports black pants and boots, and wears her hair in a ponytail.
As a Pop Pixie, Delphinium's hair goes out of her ponytail and becomes streaked with black. Her outfit changes into a glittery golden dress and golden sandals similar to that of Enchantix shoes. Her wings become glittering gold-and-black butterfly wings.
In the episode "Black and White" Delphinium undergoes a change in her Pop Pixie form. Her eyes turn red and her colors change - her streaks become silver, her dress and sandals become black, and her wings become black and silver. She also gets a silver anklet.

Trivia[]
- Despite the fact that her PopPixie designs incorporate mass amounts of yellow, Delphinium's favorite color is blue.
- In concept art, Delphinium was drawn without wings.
- According to an interview, she was supposed to have been born wingless, and in the show Lyra helped her get over it. In PopPixie, she'd earn her wings when she earned her pop.
- Delphinium is, so far, the only pixie to use a scepter. The scepter is a gold rod topped with a diamond.
- As a Dark Pop Pixie, the rod becomes silver.
