Khione is a witch who attends Cloud Tower.
Appearance[]
Khione is a young woman with pale skin, icy white hair and icy blue eyes. She wears icy blue lipstick.
Khione's Witch form consists a long dark blue coat with silver details, which reaches down to a little bit below knee length. The coat is zipped up to form a corset-like top with a snowflake-like symbol in the middle of her waist, possibly featured as an "emblem" for the suit. It also has a dark blue dress underneath the coat and long dark blue boots that go up to her thighs.
Khione's Gloomix consists of a glowing blue arm-piece that swirls around her left arm, ending in a blue diamond that rests at the middle of the back of her hand.
Khione's Dark Witch outfit consists of a thigh-length icy blue frock top with elbow-length large hanging sleeves, a matching skirt with three thin black belts, long blue graves over light grey tights, a black cincher-like belt and black boots. Her eye shadow is spread over a larger area around her eyes and its edges have a triangular/wave-like pattern.
On missions, Khione wears a spy outfit, which is an icy blue suit with blue accents, silver sleeves, and matching blue gloves. She dons a matching icy blue coat over her spy suit.
Khione's Onyrix form consists of an icy blue jumpsuit with slit pants and several cutouts at the knees, arms, and hips. She also has on stilettos the same color as her jumpsuit.

Magical Abilities[]
Khione has control over anything cold and related to ice and snow. Like all witches, her powers are derived from the negative aspects of magic. Khione knows some basic, first-level spells that all witches can use, such as telekinesis, transmuting objects, fixing minor messes. Like all witches, she can fly. She can also shoot blue beams of energy out of her hands. She is also shown being able to generate lightning from her hands in the episode "Alfea Under Siege." Also, like all magical creatures, she can create generic shields and magical blasts. Khione has only been seen demonstrating her ability to shoot blasts of dark magic at her opponents. Her magic is icy blue and periwinkle/white.
