Mainly is a witch who is described Princess of the dead, Vamp 'Queen' Witch of the grave or Messenger of death. she is a member of the trix, a trio of witches. she is calm cool collective and can be very sly, sneaky at times, she does tend to have a rather short temper (not as much as stormy) and tends to keep herself isolated from her sisters (not that she doesnt join them) but due to her vampire powers she prefers to go 'solo'.
But she's mostly seen hanging around with Ember.

- Unlike her sisters her name isn't a play or pun on it. but rather comes from an old Middle English word meaning; Death or the grave (in Latin it means reaper)
- Originally her name was going to be 'Deadly' but there was already a 'd' (Darcy) which was too close so her name got changed to avoid controversy.
- Her polar oppisite is Flora, Flora is of life. Mainly's of death.
- She's the first one of the witches of the Winx Club to be half a magical breed (witch/vampire)
- she has a secret crush on Clyde
- Mainly is the first to have a younger male sibling named Punishment.
- she could be the second least evil (first being Darcy) to display kindness to her brother and boyfriend.
- Despite being a witch she seems to get along best with both Ember and Aqua (water fairy) much to her sister (Icy's dismay)
- When she told ember the story of her birth she stated " i wasnt born alive, i was born dead my uncle cut himself his vampire blood gave me unlife". thus she is immortal and despite being the eldest (through her vamp powers) Icy's still the one in charge though tends to keep this to herself.
- Mainly favors and gets along with Ember best.
