Rouge is one of the main antagonists in the Iridesix Club series. She is the fourth in command and is one of Charlotte's sisters. She is one of the Witches of Ink, and her theme color is red.

When she activates an Inkian, her command spell is named "Red of Rage". In the episode, ???, after an arguement with Azure, her ink powers suddenly have a bit of glowing red energy hidden in the black ink, revealing that her true magical ability is starting to surface.
