Prince Thoren was a Paladin who wielded the Earthquake Hammer. He is also Sky's cousin and husband to Crown Princess Daphne of Domino until his death during the Decepticon invasion on Magix.
Appearance[]
His appearence is the same as he appears in the original Winx Clab series, dark brown hair light brown highlights, fair skin and coral blue eyes. After his resurrection, his hair is a slightly darker brown but eventually reverts back to it's original color and his eyes were temporarily grey but later reverted back to their normal coral blue color.
Uniform[]
Thoren's Paladin uniform was red uniform which had a yellow, oval-shaped gem in the middle, but ufortunately the uniform was destroyed when he was shot down by Swindle.
Death[]
After everyone is evacuated off the planet of Magix, Thoren tries to fight off the enemies but is outnumbered, Thoren picks up Daphne's ring, gets on his Wind Rider and tries to fly away until Onslaught orders Swindle to shoot him down to which he does, he starts blasting at Thoren but two of his shot miss, the third shot he fires hits Thoren, causing his wind rider to come crashing down to the forest where it exploded as it impacted the ground, the impact killed him instantly and his body was ejected from the wind rider when it exploded from the impact. Thoren managed to stay alive long enough to see 5 specialists on wind riders and fairies flying through the sky and getting shot down and falling to the ground and exploding. Thoren succumbs to his injuries and dies after the invasion has ended and left exposed to the elements.
Resurrection[]
After the invasion, Magix has been taken over by the Decepticons and D.S.C.O and the planet becomes a post apocalyptic waste land. Thoren's body was left to decompose and exposed to the waste land elements and had been buried by a sandstorm. In 2020, a group of T.R.F were sent to the planet to find deceased cybertronian remains for them to salvage, during the salvage search a soldier trips over something. The soldier starts digging through the sand he finds what he tripped over, the thing he tripped over was Thoren's Earthquake hammer. The hammer is broken and it's colors are faded, he continues to dig and that's when he unearths Thoren's corpse with it's helmet still on, visor cracked open, laser gun projectile wounds still visable, oval-shaped gem scratched and cracked, it's cape ripped off and the uniform is damaged and scratched and's red coloring is faded due to intense exopsure to the desert elements. The soldier becomes frightend and calls in the team to come look, once the salvage team had rushed to the soldier's discovery, they were shocked and called in headquarters. The commander monitoring the salavge process ordered the soldiers to take the body back to base to the mourge section. They put the body in a body bag and take it back to base where it is brought into the moruge and examined by the coroners. Then, T.R.F scientist Conner Renning enters the mourge and starts talking about a new experiment, which is a special liquid chemical that can bring a human or creature back from the dead. General Oswald cuts him saying that Thoren deserves a proper burial but Conner denies Oswald's request and insits that they perform the experiement on Thoren's body. Later a device which is connected to a health monitor the body is placed in a coffin with holes drilled into it and lowered into the tank, the tank is being monitored by guards with Conner and Sgt. Lennox watching from the lab overlooking the tank, Conner activates the health monitor which shows that the body is still in a deceased state, Sgt. Lennox asks how long it's gonna take which Conner replies saying "Wait and see.". 2 hours passed and Conner starts to think that the liquid isn't working, that is until the monitor starts to pick up a heartbeat, the chemical appears to be working. Thoren wakes up screaming in hysterical rage, busts out of the casket and emerges from the tank screaming and appears to be in a feral state. Lennox questions Conner about why is Thoren acting like this, Conner explains that when the subject is resurrected, it's mind doesn't come back and it takes 20 minutes for it's mind to return and there for results in the subject waking up in a feral state. Thoren jumps out of the tank and charges towards the guards who tried to tranquilize him, he punches the first guard so hard that it shatters part of the guard'd helmet and gouges the other guard's eyes and escapes into the hallway. Sgt. Lennox and his group of soldiers chase after Thoren and try to tranquilize him but Thoren dodges the darts and continues to punch, back hand and kick everyone who gets in his way, eventually Thoren and Sgt. Lennox along with his group of soldiers end up in the hanger and they see Thoren heading towards the hanger entrence and try one more time to tranquilize him, one dart manages to hit Thoren in the shoulder but it has no effect and Thoren smacks it off and leaps out of the hanger and falls water bellow as Sgt. Lennox watches from the hanger. After seeing Thoren disappear into the water he asumes he is dead and everyone gets back to work. Later at 6:00 PM, Thoren wakes up and finds himself in the Gardenia. He gets out of the water and starts roaming around the city, his chest covered in laser bullet wound scars and the pants part of his red Paladin uniform are all torn up and his left boot is missing, he finds a greasy cloth tarp and puts it over himself to cover his shirtless body. Thoren continues limping down the sidewalk and finds a Domino's Pizza and begins looking through the windows and eventually sees his wife Daphne hanging out with her sister Bloom and her friends Flora, Stella, Musa, Tecna, Sky, Riven and Nex. Thoren sees Nex putting his arm over Daphne, this causes to feel betrayed and he been cheated on, he no longer sees her as his wife and ends up destroying the wedding ring he gave to her and left behind during the invasion. Thoren takes shelter in an abandoned parking garage and starts feeling depressed that his wife still believes he is dead, he also feels the need to get revenge on the people responsible for killing him and wants to bring justice to the entire city of Gardenia and rid the city of crime, violence and cruelty. He starts to build a special bulletproof armor uniform with built in wrist blades and weapon holsters and a helmet with a built in voice modulator.
